Packages

We offer a number of packages for our clients to choose from.

Selection and agreement

Once you have selected your package, we will present you with our exciting social media strategy.

First invoice

We will invoice you one month's package cost in advance.

First payment

The social media activity will begin after we receive the payment.

Activity starts

The monthly (4 weeks) plan will start from the next corresponding week onward (after payment is received.)

Billing cycle

Billing cycle will be every 4th week (For the next 4 weeks of activity.)

Content creation

The posts, including banners and/or videos, will be made based on the company's products and services. You are able to notify us in advance if you wish to implement a specific theme or highlight any specific products or services.

Information from the client

We may require material from you, which could include photographs, images, service/product information, etc.

Permissions

You can provide us with permission to post the content on your Facebook page, and we will then manage this on your behalf. Alternatively, we will provide you with the content, and you can manage the posting.

Change requests

Our highly skilled team ensures that all social media posts meet the highest standards. Our service is not only exceptionally competitive, but we are also happy to accommodate minor change requests. However, we charge NZ Dollar 30 per hour for more complex change requests. We cannot take responsibility for delays in posting due to change requests.

We will strive to provide the posts on time; however, even if there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you can be assured that you will receive all the paid content in advance.
